About size

Please measure your foot length carefully, then refer to your foot length to choose the shoe size in the size table (we send CN size accordingly).

For example, my foot length 24CM, I choose size 7.5=CN size 38; And if the foot is wide or thick, take a size bigger, thank you.

*Please choose the size according to your barefoot length, not the shoe length (shoe length usually 0.5~2cm larger than foot length)

Reminder:

1. Foot sizes may vary from different manufacturers, different brands, different styles, so you should choose the size from the accurate foot length.

2. All size is by manual measurement, 0.1~0.5cm error is acceptable.

3. Suggest you to measure your foot length at afternoon, when the foot may expand slightly, so this measurement will be more accurately.

Packing

Shoes comes without box packing to save shipping cost (we will use other light weight material to pack shoes safely), if you need shoes box packing, you need to pay for the extra cost and please contact us to arrange.

Receive Address

Write your full name and house number in your shipping address when you make an order  because some countries, for example Russia, have a new rule now, post office will not dispatch parcels to you if you don't write full name.  we don't take responsibility if package not delivered because of the address problems.

Notice

1. About subtle defects: Because our shoes are handmade, subtle defects not quality problem.

2. About color difference: there may be a little color difference because of the flash of camera, background light, monitor setting and other factors. So the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the images, thanks for your understanding.
