We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging with all tags attached.
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
Personalized or custom-made goods.
Perishable items (food, flowers).
Intimate or sanitary goods.
Final sale items.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at got2haveit378@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide instructions on where to send your package.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 - 10 business days.
6. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
